Peloton Capital is a specialist firm who provide investment, corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions, securities trading and wealth management solutions.

With significant growth over a short period of time, Peloton was at a point where they needed to pause and build a long-term strategic plan for their business. A refresh of their vision, mission and new strategy became the organisational anchor point for future decision making.

Core to strategic planning is understanding customer and industry trends, and discipline specific needs which are then fed into operations such as organisational design, resource management and financial planning activities.

We were engaged to support Peloton’s business planning by applying a methodical approach to assessing their internal and external landscapes and formulating a road map for the next few years.

Our deliverables included:

  • Interviews with Senior Management to identify key business issues
  • Development and deployment of an online survey to assess organisational performance
  • Design and facilitation of an off-site strategy planning workshops with ‘Top 20’ Senior Managers to review business performance and identify strategic priorities
  • Drafting of strategic planning document using workshop outputs
  • Development of execution plan with timeframes and activities
  • Followed up and engagement to ensure progress to plan execution
