Project Management Services –
Delivery of a Global Security Technology Upgrade

Leading a key project focused on business process re-engineering, gap analysis, risk and assurance with emphasis on security access management. The role reports into the Global FM lead and will be expected to deliver, improvements in the management of security access control functions and other identified initiatives, globally.

Our deliverables included:

  • Identifying, assessing and providing advice in relation to operations process risk
  • Driving process excellence for the management of access control operations, including the identification and linking of these to other end to end account and client processes to ensure no process gaps or risks
  • Developing required documentation such as project programs, process maps, detailed processes, gap analysis reports, roles and responsibilities and function Playbooks as required
  • Apply project methodology to initiatives and projects to track, record and maintain progress to a fully implemented and successfully completed process improvement or project
  • Manage all aspects of the project including reporting, planning, scope definition, analysis, implementation and close out
  • Working with key account and client stakeholders to drive change and implement best practice processes
  • Manage and chair meetings with project team and key stakeholders to drive output, actions and project outcome
  • Ensuring a risk-based approach to all processes and checks
  • Provide oversight on day to day processes, activities and initiatives, demonstrating a robust program of assurance to manage identified risks
  • Provide guidance, training and support to the global account team on the use and application of tools, frameworks and processes
  • Develop communication, governance and training programs to enable the team to understand how the processes are to be managed on the account, drive awareness programs and be accountable for developing a risk culture mind-set amongst the team
  • Provide independent challenge to teams on existing processes and stress test controls on an as needed basis
  • Source best practice systems, tools and technology and provide summaries to the account team for consideration on the account
