TCS was engaged by Collaboro to help them to manage the organisational change associated with the execution of their accelerated business growth program, which will be a key focus for the next several years.

Our approach to developing strategy involved a deep dive into Collaboro’s current business environment. This enabled us to really understand their culture, the strengths of their corporate vision, their customers interactions and any operational procedures that could be holding Collaboro back.
